In general, Bina Nusantara University has committed to ensuring electricity energy conservation through the following programs:
- Implement electricity energy saving culture by turning off idle electrical equipments
- Use the Building Automatic System to control electrical equipments’ utility
- Socialize to all Binusians to turn off idle lamps by putting sticker
- Maximize electric equipments’ utility by assembling operational schedule
- Reduce room heat by installing horizontal blind
- Set the room temperature in cool and not to cold condition approximately 22 – 25 ◦C
- Perform regular inspection on the electrical equipments
- Use energy saving technology on LED lamp and inverter in electrical motor
